Contact our team if you need to schedule or reschedule your regular cleaning service. Any new customer and any customer who hasn't booked in 30+ days, must start with a Premium / Deep Clean. Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation For online bookings, no payment is required at checkout. Booking secures your requested date and time for your service and saves your payment A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible with your full quote and authorization for payment. Please note that your appointment is not officially confirmed until payment has been received in full. Your selected date and time will be temporarily held during this process, but availability is not guaranteed until full payment is completed. Your estimated booking total is calculated by multiplying the square footage of your home (excluding the garage) by the price per square foot for your selected service, plus any additional add-ons selected. If you would like a quote before booking, our team is happy to provide one by phone or text message. You may round your home’s square footage to the nearest 100 square feet. If, upon arrival, our team determines the provided square footage is inaccurate, we may verify the size through public records and provide an updated quote before cleaning begins. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible during business hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 7 days a week). Refunds are issued as follows: • More than 48 hours before your appointment: Full refund issued. • Between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment: 50% refund issued. • Less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-show: No refund issued. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Reschedule Policy We want to work with you. Every booking includes one complimentary reschedule, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given before your scheduled appointment. • Second reschedule request: A $35 rebooking fee applies, regardless of notice given. This fee must be paid before the new appointment is confirmed. • Reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice: Treated as a late cancellation and subject to the refund policy above. How to Cancel or Reschedule Please contact us using one of the methods below. Requests must be received during business hours to be processed same-day.
