Contact our team if you need to schedule or reschedule your regular cleaning service. Any new customer and any customer who hasn't booked in 30+ days, must start with a Premium / Deep Clean. Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation Online bookings secure your requested date and time for your service. A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible with your full quote and to take payment. If you would like a quote before booking, our team is happy to provide one by phone or text message @ (386)308-2392 Cancellation Policy We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible during business hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 7 days a week). Refunds are issued as follows: • More than 48 hours before your appointment: Full refund issued. • Between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment: 50% refund issued. • Less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-show: No refund issued. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Reschedule Policy We want to work with you. Every booking includes one complimentary reschedule, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given before your scheduled appointment. • Reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice: Treated as a late cancellation and subject to the refund policy above.
